Iceland Noir 2025

Iceland Noir took place on November 12-15. As usual, Reykjavík welcomed Noir guests in its best November darkness. Enjoyed taking part with the last volume of the trilogy under my arm—Heiðmyrkur (Clear Darkness) was published a few days before.
It was great being on the opening panel of the festival with fellow writers Víkingur Smárason and Sigrún Elíasdóttir, who moderated.
The bill comprised a great selection of guests. Of the many events, my favorites where those with Siri Hustvedt, Hwang Dong-hyuk and George R.R. Martin.
